You might want to involve your members in seeing "North Country". This movie, starring Academy Award-winners Charlize Theron, Frances McDormand, and Sissy Spacek came out in the fall of 2005. "North Country" is based on the true story of Lois Jenson, the lead plaintiff in the first successful sexual harassment class action lawsuit in the country, which was brought in 1988 against the Eveleth Mines in northern Minnesota.
Having a discussion about this film at a group or branch meeting might be a good way of involving your branch in the new theme. This would allow those who are moved by what they see in the movie to get involved in this AAUW issue.
